With Champion Sous Vide CHSV310 you can cook fantastic food in your home with the same results as the top restaurants. Sous Vide means ”under vacuum” and have been used for a long time by restaurants all over the world.
By first vacuum the meat, fish, chicken or the ingredients you want to cook and then lower them in a perfectly temperatured water bath you will get fantastic results. You enter the temperature you want to cook your food in, place the sous vide circulator on the edge of a container with water and start the timer - from here the cooking will handle it self.
Since the temperature is completely stable there is no risk for over-cooking your food. The temperature has an precision of +/- 0.1 °C thanks to the circulating motor.
