Measure the circumference around the hand, over the knuckles, the widest part of the hand.
The circumference could then be translated to a glove size, see size guide below:

For men's gloves:
20 cm = 8
21,2 cm = 8,5
22,5 cm = 9
23,7 cm = 9,5
25 cm = 10
26,2 cm = 10,5

For other sizes:
M = 8 -8,5
L = 9 - 9,5
XL = 10 - 10,5
