Campadre Scandinavia AB, hereinafter the Company, was declared bankrupt on April 6, 2022. Attorney Jakob Callmander at the law firm Fylgia KB has been appointed bankruptcy trustee in the bankruptcy. Below is general information about what applies in the bankruptcy for consumers.

Complaint of goods purchased BEFORE the outbreak of bankruptcy
A customer who bought goods before the outbreak of bankruptcy cannot complain about the error. Claims for compensation since a complaint cannot be made may instead be reported to the bankruptcy administration according to the instructions below. According to section 46 of the Consumer Purchase Act, customers can in certain cases complain about defects in goods being sold to the rear. A precondition for invoking section 46 of the Consumer Purchase Act is that there is a defect in the product. There is no possibility of targeting a language previously sold in case of delay. Not even when buying used goods. Furthermore, the rear sales link must have consisted of a trader who in turn handed over the product for resale, e.g. manufacturer, importer, wholesaler and others who have transferred the product for resale. Every claim against the rear sold must be decided from fall to fall.

Return of goods purchased BEFORE the outbreak of bankruptcy
Returns of goods purchased and paid for before the bankruptcy and which have not been repaid will not be refunded either. Any compensation claims due to advance payment for undelivered goods may be reported to the bankruptcy administration according to the instructions below.

Goods purchased BEFORE the bankruptcy but not delivered
Goods that were bought / ordered before the bankruptcy but were not delivered will not be delivered either. Advance payments for goods made before the bankruptcy will not be refunded. Items that are prepaid before bankruptcy but have not been delivered will not be delivered. Any compensation claims due to advance payment for undelivered goods may be reported to the bankruptcy administration according to the instructions below.

Complaint / return of goods purchased AFTER the bankruptcy
Customers who wish to return or complain about goods purchased after the bankruptcy outbreak contact customer service in the usual way. The right of withdrawal according to the Distance and Home Sales Act applies in the usual way to purchases after the bankruptcy.

Notification of Claims
Claims for compensation due to complaints, advance payments, receivables, or other receivables according to the above notifications by e-mail to tobias.garderyd@fylgia.se with indication of name, address, order number and the amount with which you request compensation. These claims constitute non-priority claims in bankruptcy. If non-priority receivables turn out to be paid in bankruptcy, a monitoring procedure will be initiated and those who have reported their receivables to the bankruptcy administration will then receive information on how this is done.
